This website uses pictures for illustrative purposes only.

The fully refurbished items for sale will have previously been used, before being refurbished. The refurbishment process includes cleaning, servicing and testing the mechanical function of the item.

Fully refurbished items may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as marks, scratches, dents, chips, discoloration or other details that are not shown in the pictures on this website. Due to the volume of items that we sell, and to keep costs low, we do not provide pictures of every item that we sell.

When purchasing an item from this website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Delivery

All items are carefully packaged in over 90% locally sourced and recycled packaging.

All items are shipped on the same or next working day via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery

If you require an item faster, please purchase the "Next day delivery" at the same time as purchasing your item.

All items will only be posted to the name and address provided at the time of purchase.

We will not post to any non-standard UK addresses, or addresses that incur an additional charge.

You may collect your item, once payment has been received in full, by prior arrangement only. If you purchase an item but fail to arrive on time at the date and time provided by The Till Guy Limited, no refund will be given.

12 Months Warranty

​

All items, except those listed in the exclusions sections below, are covered by The Till Guy 12 months warranty. If the item that you purchase develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, that is not deemed by The Till Guy Limited after proper inspection, to be caused by improper use, a full refund will be issued, less a deduction dependent on any wear and tear caused by it's use.

The final decision on "improper use", "wear and  tear" and the amount of refund to be issued, will be solely down to the professional opinion of The Till Guy Limited.

Returns Policy

The Till Guy Limited specialises in providing new and refurbished cash registers to UK businesses. As such, all items are sold under "Business to Business" law, and not consumer law.

When purchasing an item from The Till Guy Limited we offer a 30 day money back guarantee only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. The buyer must inform The Till Guy Limited within 30 days of delivery that they wish to return the item/s

2. All items must be returned at the buyers full cost via tracked delivery

3. All items must be in the original, unopened and unused packaging

4. All supplied items, including any free products, must be returned at the same time

Damaged Items

Every item is professionally cleaned, serviced and tested prior to being packaged. In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including pictures of the damage and the box.

Cash registers have moving parts that will sustain wear during operation and as such is excluded from the returns policy.

Any item that has been subjected to improper use, deliberate damage or neglect is excluded from the returns policy.

Cash registers may develop faults when exposed to fluid, food, grease, hair or other items. As such, any damage caused in this way will be classed as improper use of the item.

The Till Guy Limited retains the right to charge the UK business standard of 20% restocking fee for any returned items
