  • What cash register is best for my business?

This will depend on what type of business you have and what functions your business will need. A business that sells food or drink may need one with a splash proof key cover, however a charity shop may simply require a more basic model. Unlike some other businesses, we will offer the right one for you, not the most expensive one. The best thing to do it to give us a call or send us a Whatsapp message and we will be happy to help.​

  • Do you buy cash registers?

Yes, you can send us your old or broken cash register and we will be happy to make you a fair market value offer for it. If you do not accept our offer, we will send it back to you

  • Will I get an invoice?

Yes, all of our items are sent with an invoice

​

  • Do you sell touch screen EPOS systems

No, the touch screen EPOS systems normally have software that you have to pay an ongoing subscription to use. We believe in supporting UK businesses to grow, not locking them in to a subscription service. When you buy a cash register from The Till Guy Limited, you only pay once.

  • Do you sell parts?

We sell accessories such as spare keys, take-up spools and printed manuals, but not the parts that require technical knowledge to fit them. Cash registers can be damaged if the parts are not fitted correctly and, more importantly, injury could result from incorrectly fitted parts.​

  • I need a cash register urgently, can I collect it?

Yes, however collection can only be made by prior appointment​. To keep costs to a minimum, we do not have a showroom.

  • How do you post your items?

All items are very carefully packaged, using over 90% locally sourced recycled packaging, and sent on the same or next working day, via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery.​

  • Can I get my item quicker?

Yes, you can upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery for an extra £9.99 (please purchase express delivery at the same time as purchasing your item/s)​

  • Do you offer any warranty?

Yes, all of our items are covered by a 12 month warranty, subject to the following. We do not cover damaged caused by spillages, misuse, neglect, or improper use of an item. The Till Guy Limited accepts no responsibility for faulty items if they have not been used properly.​
